Ridgecrest Works LLC ("Company," "we," "us") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting the personal information you share with us. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect information in connection with the Denouement Platform.
This policy complies with the California Consumer Privacy Act of 2018 (CCPA) and the California Privacy Rights Act of 2020 (CPRA), as amended.

If you are a planner's client or wedding guest whose information has been uploaded to Denouement by a planner, please contact that planner regarding their privacy practices. We process your information only as directed by the planner who uploaded it.

Sub-Processors: We share data with third-party service providers who help us operate the Platform (hosting, payment processing, document intelligence). All sub-processors are bound by data processing agreements. Our current sub-processor list is available at denouement.ai/legal/subprocessors.
Legal Requirements: We may disclose information if required by law, court order, or governmental authority, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of the Company, our users, or the public.
Business Transfers: If Ridgecrest Works LLC is acquired or merges with another entity, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify you before your information is transferred and becomes subject to a different privacy policy.
With Your Consent: We share information in other circumstances only with your explicit consent.

We use essential cookies to operate the Platform (authentication, session management) and analytics cookies to understand Platform usage. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.

The Denouement Platform is not directed to individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If you believe we have inadvertently collected information from a minor, contact us at legal@denouement.ai.
The Platform may integrate with third-party services (e.g., Google Drive). Your use of third-party services is governed by their respective privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party privacy practices.
We will notify you of material changes to this policy by email and in-app notice at least 30 days before changes take effect. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this policy indicates the most recent revision.
